'Zarb-e-Hadeed': Pakistan Army completes strategic drill to improve battle abilities in desert and fields


Rawalpindi: In an offer to improve the battle abilities in the desert and plain territories, the Pakistan Army on Thursday did the 'Zarb-e-Hadeed' practice in Bahawalpur city of Punjab territory. 


'Zarb-e-Hadeed' is a corps-level exercise pointed toward upgrading operational readiness and cooperative energy among different parts of powers, the ARY news cited Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) as saying. The drill is held each year to prepare the officers in various territories. 


"The activity regions cover a huge scope of desert and fields where the taking part units are practicing different reaction measures under testing climate conditions, testing territory and real combat zone climate," the ISPR said. 


The ISPR further expressed that the taking an interest units showed an undeniable degree of cooperative energy and polished methodology during the gathering, move, strategic battle and capability exhibition periods of the activity.
